Viet bites is my favorite restaurant :-) i have been going here decently frequently for at least two years i think. I love the bahn mi, tofu fries, and thai tea. I think the food is super good, the employees are really friendly, and the service is quick and good. the food is also reliable, i know what im gonna get and it’s great!! i’ve never been disappointed when i get food from here. My only wish is that ordering the cup of pho by itself was an option :-) the value is good, i don’t think the food is overpriced, it always tastes great, and i like eating here when i’m alone and going here with friends :-) I viet bites

my absolute favorite comfort food spot! the pho always hits just right and the vibes when i eat it are perfect. all the staff are also super friendly and sweet!! i always go here when i want to treat myself, their food is a warm hug and the quality is amazing. love love love viet bites!!

The service was great, super yummy summer rolls. The bahn mi & pho combo is a great option. The pho isn’t the best I have had at other places, but it was definitely good! Will be back again!

I love the curry pho with shrimp. They grilled the shrimp so they were extra yummy. I got take-out and I appreciate that they leave the broth separate from the noodles and extras. The employees were very friendly on the phone and in person. I would definitely recommend giving them a try although I have only tried one menu item.

My favorite Banh Mi, and the cilantro dressing is so good! Simple food done very well, super tasty. Update May 2023: Still a yummy bahn mi, I recommend it to all my friends. I tried the taro boba today too and it's great! The fried dumplings were indeed fried lol. Overall though, I come here when I can, its just a simple tasty menu.

Quite possibly my favorite spot on Fry! The tofu banh mi is so yummy. Big ups to the person working by themself during lunch hour. They provided very kind service even though they were busy.

An underrated Denton staple. The food is fresh and delicious. I usually get vegetarian options - the veggie pho with tofu and extra avocado, the veggie spring rolls. I've had their bahn mi and love it. Really tasty sauce options. Their gluten free peanut sauce is INCREDIBLE. My favorite. It is BYOB and very affordable. My partner gets a rice bowl with the citrus ginger sauce a lot and it looks tasty. The staff are very kind and helpful. Usually able to get in and out really fast too .

Was up in Denton and decided to try it. I got the beef Pho. I tasted the broth before adding anything else to it. I was not expecting it to be that good. Flavors were spot on. Whoever makes the broth is clearly very experienced in technique. Bravo!
